Reflective paint on photovoltaic panels
.
Solar paint reflects the sun, and as a result, reduces the surface temperature of, say, a roof, wall, or window by 10.8 degrees Fahrenheit. This could result in a 15% reduction in cooling costs.
The solar reflective paints are made to reflect the sunlight (UV rays) to radiate heat. In most cases, they are effective in reflecting 70% of the UV rays and keep the interior cool.
