In this study, an experimental investigation was conducted to examine edible PCMs (ostrich oil, mutton tallow, beef tallow, and coconut oil) for solar energy storage and electricity generation. Moreover, the performance of these PCMs, in terms of energy storage capacity and efficiency, were evaluated along with the use of additive substances.
